Procare

All students received a tuition reminder on Procare today. However, you do not have to utilize the app for payments.

 

We will continue to receive payments of cash, check, and money orders.

Please write your child's name on the memo line of checks and money orders and your child’s name on an envelope if your paying with cash. We have dropbox locations in both halls for those payments.

 

If you utilize the Procare app, there will also be an online fee.

Procare only tallies tuition payments, not additional payments such as Early Care, supply fees, etc. For example, you may see a tuition credit and/or negative balance for October IF you also paid for Early Care in September. Please disregard this and pay your normal monthly tuition fee.

 

We are utilizing the Procare app for our parents who requested an online payment option, but to also have a way to easily send out mass texts and emails to our families. We appreciate your patience as we implement this new program. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
