For the School Day
● Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for a day of fun.
● Backpack with your classroom folder and a complete change of clothes each day.
● Daily individual snack.
● Lunch box with any needed utensils or straws, plus a water bottle (pop-top/straw cup).

Please join us for our monthly Spirit Days! School shirts are $12 each and we have a new school shirt color - lavender! School Shirt Form
Reminders & Notes
● ProCare emails have gone out to our families. Please sign-up for it even if you do not plan to pay online so that you are part of our emailing system.
● Please sign your child in/out each day with the time.
● Please check your child's folder each day.
● Our Parent’s Handbook is available online. Please read the document thoroughly and return signed statement form to your child's teacher.
● Please return your back-to-school completed paperwork in your child’s classroom folder.
● Please label all items with your child's first and last name or child's first initial and last name.
● Tuition is due the first day of class each month.
● Supply Fee is due in September and again in January (if paying in half).
● If you make any payment in cash, please put money in an envelope labeled with your child's full name.
● Our Scholastic book order code is 1E433.
School Entrance
The main entrance of PCC Preschool is the double doors located at the center of the courtyard. With the exception of the first and last 15 minutes of our regular school day, these doors will remain locked while children are in attendance. Staff will be present in the foyer from 9:00 – 9:15 and 1:45 – 2:00. If you need access to the school after 9:15am, before 1:45pm, and for Early Care/After Care, please ring the doorbell that will be located at that entrance. Thank you.
Chapel with Ms. Karen
Greetings, my name is Ms. Karen, and let me tell you about my Jesus! At Chapel, students and staff gather together weekly as a school family to share God's love. Chapel is a joyous event where we learn our weekly bible verse with storytelling, songs, prayers, and age-appropriate reflection.

Music & Movement with Ms. Jessenia
Hi, I'm Ms Jessenia and I'm the Music & Movement teacher! This class is a fun, energetic way for little ones to explore music, rhythm, movement, and creativity! Each week, we'll follow the preschool's theme of the week through engaging songs, dances, scarves, shakers, and movement activities designed just for preschoolers.

Early Care & After Care
Early care begins at 8:00am. The monthly fees are M-F $40, M/W/F $30, and T/Th $20.
Please contact Ms. Laurie at 512.731.9275 if interested.
After Care is from 2:00pm - 4:30pm. The daily fees per child are $7 (until 3:00pm) and $15 (after 3:00pm). Please contact Ms. Karen at 512.762.2170 if interested.
